lady swan                                          Chair Yoga is quite popular for seniors, injured or post operative.  Some folks have been inactive for one reason or another and this is a great way to ease back into flexibility, blood flow and just plain feeling better.  We sit in a chair and stand beside the chair for balance and leaning into.  It's a GREAT tool to be able to use a chair for yoga!
